- Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

- Orders Already Shipped
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may request a return after delivery (subject to our Return Policy).
- Custom or Personalized Products
Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
These items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
- Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
